About Ronja

After looking for a new dog for a while, an advert for a German Shepherd bitch appeared. German Shepherds were probably not among the breeds we were considering most, but Ronja had lived with even more cats than we have, and the chemistry was right when we met her. She was a very kind girl who looked after her pack well, was fit and playful, loved lying on the sofa with us and joined in on any walk we might suggest. Sadly, first one cruciate ligament ruptured, then the one in the other leg before the first had been fully rehabilitated, and so we had to say goodbye on a heavy September day in 2019.
